Luang Phor Thuad or Phrarajmunee Samikhunparamajarn was a highly respected priest during the Ayuthaya Kingdom period. He was born in Songkhla province in Southern Thailand in BE 2125 (CE 1582) (history more than 450 years ago), his father Hoo and mother named Chan. Holiness died BE 2225 (1682 CE)
At 7 years old, he stayed and study with Luang Phor Juang (Chuang) of Wat Deeluang until 15 years old became a novice monk. Later he study with Phra kru Ka Derm at Wat Saemamuang at Nakorn Si Thammarat.
Later his holiness further his studies in Ayuthaya and stayed at Wat Rajanukul. His holiness even had help the king of Ayuthaya Mahathammaraj won a Dhamma translation competition to prevent Ayuthaya Kingdom from being colonize by King Watakhatminee of Sri Lankan. King Mahathammaraj was so glad and had even confered Lung Phor Thuat with a Buddhist title of "Somdej Phra Rajamuni Samiramagunupamacarya".
He stayed at Wat Rajamukul for several years more and later returned to Wat Pakok in Songkhla province.
